TINY ADVENTURES – Party Terms & Conditions

 

1. General Information

 

TIN Y ADVENTURES offers one-hour themed parties for children aged 2.25 years and older.

 

Each party is structured with engaging, interactive activities led by Nick.

 

All bookings are subject to availability.

 

2. Booking and Payment

 

Payment is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the party date.

 

All payments must be made in full before the party begins.

 

Payments can be made via email.

 

3. Adult Supervision

 

All children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the party.

 

The host family is responsible for ensuring an appropriate number of adults are present to supervise guests.

 

Siblings under 12 months can attend if in a papoose/sling, car seat, or similar to ensure the supervising adult can fully engage with their child.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

 

Payments: All payments are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your party, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Cancelled Parties: If TINY ADVENTURES cancels a party due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be offered.

 

Notification of Cancellations: We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. If a last-minute cancellation occurs, we will notify you by text or phone. Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact details.

 

5. Health and Safety

 

Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect a child’s participation.

 

TINY ADVENTURES will take all reasonable precautions to create a safe environment, but parents/guardians acknowledge they are responsible for their child’s safety throughout the party.

 

Children should be dressed appropriately for active movement and play, wearing soft-soled shoes only.

 

6. Photography and Filming

 

Photographs or video footage may be taken by TINY ADVENTURES during the party for promotional purposes (e.g., website or social media).

 

Parental consent will be requested before sharing any images or videos.

 

7. Conduct and Participation

 

TINY ADVENTURES reserves the right to ask a child to step aside from activities if their behavior is disruptive or prevents others from fully enjoying the session.

 

If a child becomes unwell during the party, their parent/guardian will be expected to take them home.

 

8. Liability

 

TINY ADVENTURES accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the party, except where caused by the negligence of TINY ADVENTURES staff.

 

By booking a party, parents/guardians agree to these terms and conditions.

 

9. Changes to the Party Package

 

TINY ADVENTURES reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings if necessary. In the case of cancellation, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

 

10. Data Protection

 

We collect personal data for the purpose of party bookings, communication, and health & safety. This data will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
